Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Catalyst Point AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit catalystpointai.com (the "Site") or submit the contact form on it.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the option you select from the "I'm reaching out as a…" dropdown, and whatever message you write. We do not require or collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this Site.
- Information collected automatically. This Site does not use analytics software, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. The only automatic data exchange is a standard one: your browser loads typeface files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to render the page correctly, which means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers when the page loads. We don't control what Google does with that request; see Google's own privacy policy for details.
3. How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to conduct that business relationship. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third-party marketers.
4. How your information is stored
Contact form submissions are sent by email to a private inbox. For troubleshooting purposes, basic submission details (including the email address you provide) are also temporarily written to a server-side log file that is not publicly accessible. This log is periodically cleared and is not used for any purpose beyond diagnosing whether the contact form is working correctly.
5. Spam prevention
This Site uses a hidden "honeypot" field and a simple verification question to reduce automated spam submissions. Neither mechanism collects any additional personal information beyond what's described above.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, or where a service provider (such as our web hosting provider) processes it strictly as part of delivering the Site itself and has no independent right to use it.
7. Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just reach out through the contact page. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may give you additional rights regarding access, deletion, and knowing what categories of information are collected; we honor those requests for anyone who asks, regardless of state of residence, since this Site collects so little information in the first place.
8. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this Site, including restricting public access to server-side logs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
11. Contact us
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent through the contact page.
